“Investigation of 100 Counties (Cities, Districts)” by the Team of IWH around Jinggangshan City

　　According to the arrangement of the “Investigation of 100 Counties (Cities, Districts)” of CASS started from May 2018 in response of the instruction of Jinping Xi (general secretory of CPC) to encourage investigations around China in CPC and celebrating the 40th anniversary of the reform and open up of China, IWH took charge of the investigations of Binzhou City, Shaanxi Province and Jinggangshan City, Jiangxi Province.

　　On June the 25th to July the 1st, 2018, Wangjing Rao (vice president of IWH) led the investigation team of IWH to visit around Jinggangshan City. Jianping Yi, Yinhua Kong, Hongju Zhang, Chao Deng, Yuanyuan Xing, Liang Xu and Chenglong Li took part in the investigation.

　　The key-note of the investigation is the innovative project of accurate support of undeveloped areas of Jinggangshan City. As a place of historic interest in the development of CPC and a traditional undeveloped region, Jinggangshan City’s one secret to get rid of poverty is the innovation of accurate support of undeveloped areas. The investigation compares the relevant measures of Jinggangshan City before and after this innovation, as well as the methods to consolidate these achievements between Jinggangshan and other cities. The investigation aims to summarize universal experience from the practice of Jinggangshan City from a theoretical perspective, and provide general guideline of policy based on the experience of Jinggangshan.
