On November 20th and 21st, the meeting that gathered together the principals of IWH’s supervised academic associations was held at the Chinese Academy of History. Coming from Beijing and beyond, the over 30 attendees consisted of directors and associate directors of the 14 academic associations, as well as the legal representative of IWH.
As the entrusted managing institution of 14 academic associations, IWH and its Party Committee has attached great importance to enhance its management. Principals met annually to keep abreast of the latest regulations and guidelines, sharing experiences and discussing strategies that have helped to advance the overall administration.
The meeting was the very first gathering since the management reform of CASS, through which the previous affiliation was transformed into an entrusted supervision. The meeting set clear goals and defined requirements for the associations, and paved the way for a brighter future.
