The Scholars of Institute of World History Attended the International Forum in Siberia

April 16-23, 2017, the scholars of the Section of Russian and Eastern European History of Institute of World History, including Wang Xiaoju, Hou Aijun, Zhu Jianli and Bao Hongzheng, visited the city of Yaersike Krasnodar in Russia and attended the international forum “Siberia Platform: The New Development Era”. They gave some speeches in the sub-forum “New Developments of Siberia in the 21th Century: Method, Strategy and Scheme”, including: “The Strategic Position of Siberia and the New Opportunities of China-Russia Co-operation in the 21th Century” by Wang Xiaoju; “The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Siberia: China-Russia Co-operation in the Process of Integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei” by Hou Aijun; “The Strategic Position of Siberia: Prospective Development and ‘The Belt and Road’ Initiative” by Zhu Jianli and “China's Economic Transformation and Energy Demand for Siberia” by Bao Hongzheng.
