A Symposium of Marxism and World History Studies Held by Institute of World History

On 16 May 2017, Institute of World History held a symposium of Marxism and World History Studies, with the subject “How to Improve Our Research of World History under the Guidance of Historical Materialism?”. Wang Chaoguang, the vice director of Institute of World History, hosted the meeting, and Academician Liao Xuesheng of CASS made a keynote speech. In addition, some young scholars,such as Zhang Wentao and Dong Xinjie, talked about what they had learned from the reading of the Marxist classics.
