IWH Invited Professor Ailin Luo to Give An Academic Lecture

　　On May 28th, 2021, the Department of Russian and Central Asian History, IWH, invited Professor Ailin Luo, Faculty of History and Culture, Central China Normal University, to give an lecture entitled “The Transformation of Land Relations and the Crisis of Russian Village Community System” in the conference room of Xingcheng Building, Chinese Academy of History. Professor Luo expressed that he believes the agricultural crisis of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and the 1905 Russian Revolution were the key factors that pushed the tsarist government to transform its village community and land policies.
